SP-005POE is Gigabit PoE Surge Protector. It adopts a three-stage protection system to suppress overvoltage and surge currents in network cables. It features an independent grounding terminal to ensure stable communication while handling up to 10kA surge current, effectively protecting network equipment.
No external power supply is required. Install in series by connecting the protected device to the OUT port, the network line to the IN port, and the ground wire to a grounding busbar or point.
When a surge enters, excess voltage is absorbed and discharged through primary discharge, voltage limiting, and voltage clamping, ensuring only a safe voltage reaches network devices.
